Evidence: Effective family-school partnerships improve educational outcomes for children with disabilities (Turnbull & Turnbull, 2015). In Spain, LOMLOE (2020) guarantees parents the right to participate in educational decisions (art. 71.4); in the US, the IDEA (2004) reflects a similar principle. Structured meeting preparation increases parent confidence and advocacy effectiveness (Burke & Goldman, 2018).
